🌙 Umrah Questions
Documents needed: 1. Valid passport (min. 6 months validity) 2. Umrah visa application form 3. Passport-size photographs (white background) 4. Meningitis vaccination certificate 5. Proof of Mahram relationship (if applicable) Our team will guide you through every requirement.
Saudi Arabia updated rules in 2021 allowing women aged 45+ to travel for Umrah without a Mahram as part of an organized group. Women under 45 still generally require a Mahram. Please contact us for the latest regulations — rules can change.
General Questions
Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam — obligatory once in a lifetime for every able Muslim. It takes place during specific days of Dhul Hijjah. Umrah is a voluntary pilgrimage that can be performed any time of year. Both involve visiting Makkah, but Hajj has additional rituals including standing at Arafat and stoning the Jamarat.

We recommend booking: - Hajj packages: 6-8 months in advance (government quota limits apply) - Regular Umrah: 2-3 months in advance - Ramadan Umrah: 4-6 months in advance (very high demand) Early booking ensures better hotel availability and time for visa processing.
Standard inclusions: ✓ Return air tickets ✓ Hotel accommodation (as specified) ✓ Visa processing ✓ Airport transfers ✓ Religious guide ✓ Ziyarah (sightseeing) tours Typically not included: personal expenses, travel insurance, qurbani, phone roaming, and some meals.
💳 Payment Questions
We accept: - Bank transfer - bKash / Nagad - All major bank cards (DBBL, Dutch-Bangla, etc.) - Cash at our office - EMI facility (selected packages) A 30% deposit confirms your booking. Balance is due 60 days before departure.
Cancellation charges: - 90+ days before: Full refund minus processing fee - 60-89 days: 25% cancellation charge - 30-59 days: 50% cancellation charge - Under 30 days: No refund Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
🕌 Hajj Questions
Yes! All Hajj and Umrah packages include experienced Islamic scholars as guides. Your guide will: - Explain all rituals in detail (in Bengali and Arabic) - Lead group prayers - Provide spiritual counseling - Ensure all rituals are performed correctly per Sunnah - Be available 24/7 for religious questions
